PartyZone Event Rentals is currently servicing the New Orleans and River Parish areas including the following parishes but not limited to: St. Charles, St. John, St. James, Jefferson, Orleans, and St. Bernard. The Northshore areas such as Tangipahoa and St. Tammany Parishes may be coming soon! We try to provide service for most areas but if your area is outside of our delivery area, feel free to contact us regarding your event. If we are able to deliver based on special circumstances such as a large quantity of items you are requesting then we might be able to provide service to you.
Keep in mind, although we offer free delivery to most locations in our delivery area, fees may apply depending on your zip code. If your location is outside of the free delivery area, any applicable fees will be applied once you proceed through our reservation process. Our delivery fees range from $10-$200 depending on your event location's zip code, distance of travel, and travel time. Please keep in mind, our delivery crews must travel to your location from our warehouse then back to our warehouse for the setup as well as repeat for the pick up. As a result, our delivery crew has traveled 4 times the original distance as well as the man hours of traveling that distance depending on traffic. At times, we may waive the fee depending on your order so if you have large event feel free to contact us to organize that event.
We offer FREE SETUP with no hidden fees to the following areas, inflatable rentals only! If your event is located at a park or public facility within our delivery area please see our park rental tips for some helpful information to ensure your planning goes smoothly. Our event staff is very knowledgeable with most parks and their requirements, however they are changing quite often so it is ultimately the customers responsibility to contact the event locations office about their restrictions or requirements for inflatable party rentals on site. Additional fees apply to all parks, schools and business location setups.
